Warranty:
We are responsible for successful candidates. If the candidate leaves the job within probation period (90 days), we are finding another one without any charges. Replacement includes search, selection and presentation of 3-5 new candidates for the position.
Terms:
Standard search for the first 3-5 candidates is done withing 15-30 days, for finding managers of higher level and unique specialists the search duration is from 20 to 40 days.
